To become a FastTrac affiliate, each applicant must:

1.  Be physically located in the United States of America.

Kauffman FastTrac has made the strategic decision to concentrate our expansion efforts in the United States.

While we cannot accept international affiliate applications for this version of FastTrac, here are some resources for international organizations to support increased entrepreneurship worldwide:

2.  Complete the affiliate application & pay a non-refundable $200 fee.

You will receive an email confirmation upon submitting your application. The FastTrac team will review your application and respond within five business days.

Applicants are charged a one-time, non-refundable $200 application fee. There are no additional fees associated with being a FastTrac affiliate.

Kauffman FastTrac supports our affiliates with resources and programs, such as:

  • Affiliate Representative Program - FastTrac affiliate mentoring to support implementing and delivering successful FastTrac programs.
  • Facilitator Training- Learn to apply facilitation tools and techniques, enabling successful adult learning by FastTrac course participants. This includes an overview of the course content, website navigation, resources available for facilitators, and FastTrac best practices for course delivery and delivery formats.

3.  Attend the Affiliate Welcome Call

Applications that meet the program’s eligibility criteria will be accepted. Upon your application’s acceptance, an email will be sent to your primary point of contact to register for an Affiliate Welcome Call. We request that you schedule this meeting within 14 days of receiving the invite.

The Affiliate Welcome Call is a 30-minute virtual meeting where you will:

    • Meet your Affiliate Representative, who will serve as your devoted partner in supporting the successful launch of your Affiliate program.
    • Learn more about the FastTrac program.
    • Explore the resources available to support your efforts.

    4.  Complete affiliate onboarding.

Onboarding typically takes 60 to 90 days. This includes the Affiliate Orientation Webinar, Virtual Facilitator Training (VFT), a Pre-Course Touchbase, and ultimately the launch of your very first FastTrac course!

    Affiliate Orientation:
Both the Program Director and Course Manager (if applicable) are required to attend a 90-minute virtual onboarding webinar, where they will:
    • Meet the FastTrac support team and learn about the support they provide.
    • Review Affiliate roles and associated responsibilities.
    • Learn best practices for managing and administering FastTrac courses.
    • Review annual Affiliate requirements.
    FastTrac Facilitator Certification (FFC):
After Orientation, be prepared to register someone from your team to attend FFC.

FFC is a four-lesson instructor-led training in which FastTrac facilitators experience techniques and best practices for virtual (and in-person) delivery methods and learn to apply facilitation tools that enable successful adult learning for entrepreneurs who register for your FastTrac courses.
To become a course facilitator, you must attend all four sessions of FFC. You must have at least one certified facilitator prior to offering your first course and within 60 days of becoming an affiliate.

Pre-Course Touchbase & First Course Launch:
Prior to the start of your first course, both the Program Director and Course Manager (if applicable) are required to attend a 1-hour virtual meeting with your Affiliate Representative to ensure you are set up for a successful launch.

You must launch your first course within 90 days of completing Affiliate Orientation and FFC.

    5.  Be aware of the requirements to remain an active FastTrac Affiliate.

To ensure the continued success of your FastTrac Affiliate program, we request you adhere to a few ongoing requirements:
    • To remain an active affiliate, you must facilitate at least two cohorts of FastTrac and reach approximately 20 entrepreneurs annually.
    • The Affiliate Program Director is required to participate in an Annual Affiliate Review call with the Kauffman FastTrac team to review metrics, address challenges, and provide support.
