Onboarding typically takes 60 to 90 days. This includes the Affiliate Orientation Webinar, Virtual Facilitator Training (VFT), a Pre-Course Touchbase, and ultimately the launch of your very first FastTrac course!
Affiliate Orientation:
Both the Program Director and Course Manager (if applicable) are required to attend a 90-minute virtual onboarding webinar, where they will:
- Meet the FastTrac support team and learn about the support they provide.
- Review Affiliate roles and associated responsibilities.
- Learn best practices for managing and administering FastTrac courses.
- Review annual Affiliate requirements.
FastTrac Facilitator Certification (FFC):
After Orientation, be prepared to register someone from your team to attend FFC.
FFC is a four-lesson instructor-led training in which FastTrac facilitators experience techniques and best practices for virtual (and in-person) delivery methods and learn to apply facilitation tools that enable successful adult learning for entrepreneurs who register for your FastTrac courses.
To become a course facilitator, you must attend all four sessions of FFC. You must have at least one certified facilitator prior to offering your first course and within 60 days of becoming an affiliate.
Pre-Course Touchbase & First Course Launch:
Prior to the start of your first course, both the Program Director and Course Manager (if applicable) are required to attend a 1-hour virtual meeting with your Affiliate Representative to ensure you are set up for a successful launch.
You must launch your first course within 90 days of completing Affiliate Orientation and FFC.
